About the Role
  • We are looking for an experienced bartender/wait staff member to join our dynamic team.
  • You will be responsible for preparing and serving a range of beverages, including beers and cocktails, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Your duties will include providing friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service at all times, taking food orders, running meals, and providing attentive table service as required.
  • You will also be responsible for keeping the bar and service areas clean, stocked, and organized, following RSA requirements, and promoting responsible service.
  • In addition, you will operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments, assist with opening, closing, restocking, and general service needs, and support your team during busy periods across both bar and floor.
Requirements
  • RSA and RCG certification is essential for this role.
  • We require a minimum of 1 year experience in bar, floor, or hospitality.
  • Strong communication and a proactive, team-focused mindset are crucial for success in this position.
  • You must be able to stay calm under pressure and deliver quality service.
  • Flexible availability, especially evenings and weekends, is also required.
  • A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality are a must.
