About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Podiatry Team Lead to join our expanding healthcare services team at MediRecruit Australia Pty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to our clients in the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and create rehabilitation programs for a diverse caseload of clients receiving funding through Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme.
- Collaborate with other allied health team members, care coordinators, and facility managers to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Participate in educational programs to stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Podiatry and AHPRA registration.
- At least 5 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in community Podiatry and/or aged care.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and report writing skills.
- Knowledge of community aged care programs and current driver's license.
