The ideal candidate will be an expert in Change Management, with a positive and tenacious attitude and an ability to make things happen. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity, promoting innovation, and leading through a continuous improvement lens. Your technical competence in change management is recognised, with core capabilities as an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and critical-thinker.

We're looking for someone with a passion for putting people above processes, who can execute change plans, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to ensure successful implementation. If you're also able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, provide support and guidance to leaders, managers, and employees throughout the change process, then we want to hear from you.

As a Change management leader, you will help lead and support the effective acceptance of large change programs in complex environments and lead business improvement projects demonstrating success within Government organisations, Defence and National Security, Water or Infrastructure sectors. You will also be responsible for identifying and engaging key stakeholders, evaluating and identifying unique and shared objectives, and contributing subject matter expertise to guide core teams and steering groups in best practice change.
