We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our team, focusing on technical bid writing for complex tender responses.

About the Role
  • This role will play a pivotal part in supporting the development of documents across our business areas and working closely with stakeholders to determine the clearest and most logical way to present technical content for maximum reader comprehension.
  • The successful candidate will assist the marketing team with creating content for marketing purposes, including corporate plans, product descriptions, social media, and the company website.
Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing the bid strategy throughout the bid process, including developing content, win themes, bid presentations, and comprehensive written responses.
  • Interpreting verbal and written technical content to guide drafting responses suitable for the intended audience.
  • Sourcing and compiling non-technical content, including company information, CVs, and certification requirements.
  • Fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders, responding to comments, messages, and engaging with stakeholders.
  • Reviewing proposal documents, editing, grammar, and spelling before submission.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in technical bid writing.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and accurately.
  • Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional content.
  • Ability to manage your own workload, initiative, enthusiasm, and a great work ethic.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive remuneration: $85,000 - $110,000 per annum.
