We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team at Wambo Wind Farm. The successful candidate will work in a small team environment, maintaining and servicing wind turbines in accordance with the contract. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and qualified individual to develop their skills and career in a growing industry.

Job Description

The role involves undertaking scheduled service and reactive maintenance on wind turbines as required. The successful applicant must hold a recognised Australian trade certificate and have experience with HV/LV, hydraulics, and mechanical systems. They must also be able to read/interpret technical drawings to support fault-finding and/or maintenance activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake scheduled service and reactive maintenance on wind turbines as required
  • Maintain all company vehicles and plant and equipment in good condition
  • Respond to site outside normal working hours to undertake reactive maintenance as required
  • Ensure that each task is undertaken in a manner that ensures the safety of personnel, protects the environment, and work methods are followed at all times
Qualifications:
  • A-Grade Electrical License
  • Full clean driving license
  • Literate with PC & modern technologies to support day-to-day work
