About the Opportunity

We're seeking a qualified Educator to join our team at Uniting Outside of School Hours Care Currans Hill. As a Children's Education Specialist, you'll play a vital role in providing quality education and care to children from Kindergarten to Year 6.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Developing positive relationships with children, their families, and community to support their learning outcomes.
  • Facilitating engaging play-based learning environments that cater to individual interests, strengths, and abilities.
  • Documenting children's learning through observations and assessments to track progress against learning outcomes.

You'll be working with a thoughtfully planned program designed to enhance children's skills and knowledge while keeping them engaged and entertained.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education is essential for this role, along with previous on-the-job OSHC experience (desired).
  • You must be passionate about working with children of all ages and possess strong communication skills.
  • A work history demonstrating a solid understanding and application of the My Time Our Place Framework and National Quality Standards is preferred.
