Casual Cleaning Role

Our organisation is seeking casual cleaners to contribute to maintaining health and hygiene standards throughout our buildings and assets.

As a casual cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring cleanliness of our facilities and equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Undertaking general cleaning duties, including litter removal, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floor surfaces
  • Ensuring cleanliness of our buildings and community facilities
  • Using and storing products, substances, or chemicals following safety guidelines and legislative requirements

Additional responsibilities may include conducting daily and monthly workplace inspections and risk assessments and promoting a positive image of our organisation through maintaining professional standards and presentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current class C, P1, or P2 driver's license
  • Proven numeracy and literacy levels usually associated with Year 10 secondary education
  • The ability to provide high-quality work to create a clean, safe, and aesthetic environment for our employees and members of the public

We offer a competitive hourly rate, commensurate with your skills, qualifications, and experience, between $31.57 and $34.08 per hour.
