We are seeking an experienced and organized leader to join our team as an Assistant Showroom Manager. This is a full-time role that requires the ability to motivate and mentor a team, manage stock, and provide outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the daily operation of the showroom, supporting the team, and ensuring that all policies and procedures are followed. You will also be required to conduct daily team meetings, present the showroom and products to a high standard, and effectively manage the team to achieve business goals.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a premium brand environment, strong mentoring and coaching skills, and the ability to understand store budgets and manage stock replenishment. They will also be able to communicate effectively with customers, negotiate, and influence to resolve issues.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about furniture design, interior design, or textiles, and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team development.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Previous experience in a premium brand environment
