Home Care Worker Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Care Worker to provide exceptional support to our elderly clients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of tasks, including general housekeeping, meal preparation, and social support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of others.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Provide social support and companionship to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress
Requirements:
  • Australian driver's licence
  • First aid certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient and empathetic approach to client care
