Job Title: Customer Experience Manager

This senior leadership role is responsible for leading a team to reengineer end-to-end member journeys and elevate their experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team in designing and delivering strategic experience programs.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to drive experience outcomes at scale.
  • Develop a human-centered approach to identify problems and collaborate with teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Identify opportunities to elevate member experiences, considering the competitive landscape and strategic context.
  • Maintain a high-performance team through leadership, strategic alignment, commercial acumen, and decision-making.
We're Looking for:
  • A proven track record in delivering experience-design and retention programs.
  • Expertise in Human-Centred Design, Design Thinking, and Agile principles.
  • Strong commercial skills, including quantifiable outcome demonstration and priority setting based on member value.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
  • Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in marketing or business.
