We have been a leading eye care and eyewear retailer for over 80 years, serving Australians and New Zealanders with our cutting-edge lenses and esteemed licensed brands.

We are currently looking for a Store Manager to lead our Craigieburn team, supporting them in meeting and exceeding store targets.

About This Role
  • You will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement through coaching and training, delivering memorable customer service and exceptional product knowledge.
  • You will manage retail operations, including stock control, staff scheduling, and tracking sales team performance.
  • You will create an engaging and positive working environment, recruiting, leading, and inspiring your team to succeed in store.

About You

  • You must be a sales leader with a proven track record of strong achievements within a KPI structure.
  • You must have excellent problem-solving ability, relationship-building skills, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Prior leadership experience in retail is highly desirable.
