Job Title: Learning and Development Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in shaping the school's success by driving engaging curriculum initiatives, implementing teaching and learning practices, and inspiring teachers to adopt new approaches.

Learning and development specialists support teacher growth through guidance, coaching, and collaboration, ensuring staff feel confident, valued, and empowered to deliver their best.

By fostering a culture of teamwork, they create an environment where ideas are shared, challenges are addressed collectively, and success is celebrated.

Above all, the role is centred on our students, ensuring that every young person is encouraged, challenged, and supported to achieve their full potential within our school community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Drive innovative curriculum initiatives and implement effective teaching and learning practices
  2. Support teacher growth and development through coaching and mentoring
  3. Foster a collaborative culture and promote teamwork among staff members
  4. Ensure every student feels supported and motivated to reach their full potential
