Role Summary

We are seeking highly skilled and compassionate Education Professionals to join our organization. As an Educator, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional education and care for children and families.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in Education and Care or be working towards completion.
  • First Aid and CPR certification or the willingness to obtain prior to commencement.
  • Asthma and Anaphylaxis Management training.
  • Food Safety, Handling and Hygiene training.
  • The ability to design engaging activities tailored to each child's interests and abilities.
  • The capacity to build positive relationships with children.
  • Demonstrated awareness of children's rights.
  • Effective communication skills to engage with parents, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated understanding of mandatory reporting obligations.
  • The ability to follow instructions and undertake tasks at all levels.

We require employees to hold a satisfactory Working with Vulnerable People registration (ACT) and/or a Working with Children Check (NSW), and have these on file whilst employed by us.
