The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing reception duties, including ensuring only authorized personnel access the premises.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external queries via phone and email.
  • Providing administrative support across various departments, collaborating with team members.
  • Maintaining stationery supplies, intranet pages, and distribution lists.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a proactive mindset.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
