About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team. In this diverse and dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients and stakeholders to deliver injury prevention and return to work programs.
As an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to clients, employers and healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective return to work outcomes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments and providing recommendations to ensure safe and effective return to work outcomes
- Developing and implementing injury prevention and return to work programs
- Providing education and training to clients and employers on injury prevention and return to work strategies
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A qualification in Occupational Therapy or a related field
- Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- A passion for injury prevention and return to work
