Job Title: Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable / Receivable Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both incoming and outgoing transactions to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency in a high-volume environment.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process supplier invoices and reconcile accounts with exceptional attention to detail.
- Manage receivables, ensuring timely follow-ups on outstanding payments.
- Prepare payment runs and handle supplier queries.
- Assist with end-of-month financial reporting and reconciliations.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in both accounts payable and receivable (or strong expertise in one with a willingness to learn the other).
- Ability to handle high-volume transactions with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- A qualification in accounting or finance is beneficial but not required—equivalent experience is highly valued.
