We're seeking an experienced IT Service Management leader to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive transformation, improve processes and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results.

Job Description:

As Head of IT Service Management, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. You will work closely with technical and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement IT service management strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead a team of ITSM practitioners to deliver high-quality services
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvements
  • Develop and manage budgets and resource plans to support service delivery
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of driving transformation and improving processes
  • Strong technical and business understanding
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
