About the Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Business Advisory division in our Parramatta office, as part of our continued growth across the business.

This is a real opportunity to make your mark, working alongside a team of collaborative and driven accountants, providing a high level of service and exposure to a wide range of local and international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee Accounts Payable / Receivable.
  2. Prepare weekly payments.
  3. Prepare monthly reconciliations of balance sheet accounts and other accounts as directed.
  4. Prepare bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
  5. Assist with business activity statement preparation and reporting.
  6. Manage payroll preparation.
  7. Contribute to monthly reporting.
  8. Respond to internal / external client enquiries in a timely manner.

About You:

  1. 5+ years' experience in a similar role.
  2. Experience in MYOB, Xero and other accounting packages.
  3. Bookkeeping or Accounting qualifications are a plus.
  4. Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  7. Ability to work autonomously, and as part of a team.
  8. Focus on delivering a high level of client service.
