Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor resident progress and adjust care plans as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by medical professionals.
- Document resident information, including medical history, treatment plans, and progress notes.
- AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Australian work rights.

- Willingness to travel to different locations around Turner's Beach, Acacia Hills, Latrobe, Port Sorell, and surrounding suburbs.
