Lead Dentist Opportunity at National Dental Care ChadstoneThis is a fantastic opportunity for a high-caliber dentist who is passionate about advanced dentistry, including endodontics, implants, and Invisalign.
The successful candidate will work 4-5 days per week with flexibility on the days at our state-of-the-art practice located in the vibrant Chadstone Shopping Centre.
About the RoleAs our Lead Dentist, you'll inspire and guide your team to deliver top-tier dental care, creating an environment where patients feel comfortable and valued.
You'll combine clinical excellence with strong leadership, ensuring the practice meets its objectives and that every patient leaves with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care through a comprehensive range of dental services
- Lead and manage a team of dental professionals to achieve optimal results
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills in advanced dentistry techniques
- 5+ years of experience as a Dentist in Australia with a strong clinical skill set
- Proven expertise in Invisalign/ortho, cosmetic treatments, and implants
- Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
- Qualifications recognized by the Dental Board of Australia
- Professional indemnity insurance
- A competitive salary package of $200,000 - $250,000 per annum
