Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our Geraldton team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service experiences, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Create professional and personalized service for customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Sales Performance: Achieve set sales targets and KPIs
  • Product Knowledge: Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Operational Tasks: Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
