Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Promotions Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end development, construction, and administration of retail promotions and programs for all IBA retail brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and construct retail promotions and programs for all IBA retail brands
  • Coordinate quarterly member meetings and Committee meetings
  • Build briefs, proof advertising material
  • Meet promotional and print deadlines, ensuring accurate information is produced within agreed timelines
  • Engage with supplier partners to ensure timely submission of relevant information pertaining to programs
  • Manage delivery and communication of retail programs through State Operations team and retail network
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role essential
  • Ability to work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Highly organized, able to prioritize and manage workloads to achieve deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail
