Maintenance Handyman

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Handyperson to join our team at Oaks Gladstone Grand Hotel. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas, as well as carrying out repairs within the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required;
• Provide induction and supervision of external contractors;
• Implement a preventative maintenance program for each property; and
• Maintain daily work records and service schedules.

Requirements:

• Previous hands-on building maintenance experience;
• Previous gardening experience;
• A passion for delivering exceptional service;
• Strong time management skills;
• An excellent work ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
