About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Team Leader to join our team at FLSmidth. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our FLSmidth OEM equipment at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that drawings, specifications, and schedules are correctly interpreted and followed by the team.
  • Inspect the OEM team's work to ensure that acceptable work standards are achieved.
  • Check equipment before it is released to the clients, ensuring it is returned to service in a safe condition and to OEM standards.
  • Evaluate job progress and liaise with the customer.
  • Promote a culture of personal and team safety.
  • Take part in relevant OEM planning meetings.
Requirements
  • Experience in fixed plant operations, including ABON Crushers & Sizers.
  • Trade Qualified.
  • Good presentation and effective organizational and communication skills.
  • Good commitment to a positive Safety culture.
  • Able to provide reports and recommendations on the jobs completed.
