Job Title: Ethics and Governance Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Probity Specialist to join our team. As a Probity Specialist, you will play a vital role in upholding the integrity of our organisation by managing probity risks and ensuring robust governance across our procurement and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Probity Risk Management: Provide expert probity risk management and advisory services across the corporation, with a strong focus on procurement.
  • Tender Processes: Monitor tender processes and offer real-time probity guidance throughout procurement activities.
  • Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports and briefings for senior executives on probity-related matters.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, including senior executives, to ensure effective probity practices.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in probity, finance, procurement, or business analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and governance skills, particularly in procurement contexts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship or permanent residency at the time of submitting your application.
