Senior Quantity Surveyor Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team. As a senior member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and contractual aspects of projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective cost management strategies to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Assist in establishing client requirements and undertaking feasibility studies.
  • Prepare and manage pre-contract stage activities, including advising on procurement strategies and preparing tender documents.
  • Monitor and report on project costs, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to clients.
Requirements:
  • Degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years' technical delivery experience gained within a global construction consultancy.
  • Strong technical knowledge and skills, including contract law and administration.
  • Familiarity with construction software, such as BIM and Cost X.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
