We have an exciting opportunity for a Christmas Casual Sales Assistant to work with us during the busy festive period and support our teams across various locations.

This is a fixed-term position that will ideally start in November through to January, contributing to our success during the peak season. You will be required to deliver an amazing in-store experience for customers by greeting and serving them, replenishing stock, and ensuring the store is presentable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support all aspects of store operations
  • Demonstrate strong product knowledge to assist customers
  • Cash handling and processing sales
  • Processing and replenishing stock
  • Ensure presentation and visual merchandise standards are upheld

About the Role:

This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, has excellent communication skills, and can work well in a team environment. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, supporting all elements of store operations, and demonstrating strong product knowledge.

  • Previous customer service experience
