We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Swim Instructor to join our team at Sutherland Shire Council. As a Swim Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality swimming lessons to our students, promoting water safety awareness, and building their swimming capability.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality swimming lessons to students of all levels, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Teach Learn to Swim classes, adhering to Austswim/Swim Australia/Royal Life standards.
- Provide motivation and positive feedback to students and parents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to our community.
- A current Working with Children Check.
- Austswim Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety or Swim Australia Teacher or RLS Swim teacher Licence.
- A current CPR Certificate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- A team player with open and effective communication.

What We Offer- A competitive salary package, including a gross annual salary of $56,839 plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Permanent part-time opportunities available, with the option to flex up additional hours as required.
