**Opportunity Overview**

As the Risk and Resilience Manager, you'll lead the management of enterprise risk and resilience functions. This includes crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response to stay ahead in a constantly changing environment.

Your expertise will shape our risk strategy, ensuring resilience across operations and developing projects, and you'll play a pivotal role in fostering a culture that thrives on preparedness and innovation. Key responsibilities include:

- Implementing risk management and resilience systems, including governance frameworks, tools, and processes.

- Guiding strategic risk management efforts and supporting scenario planning for business-critical decisions.

- Driving crisis, security, and business continuity management functions to new levels of efficiency and impact.

- Advising on risk strategies to address pressing challenges.

- Partnering with key stakeholders to provide insights, improve systems, and lead training initiatives to strengthen risk management expertise.
