Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Specialist to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic recommendations to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing commercial leadership and support to ANZ Sales teams, emphasising sustainable, profitable growth.
  2. Ensuring all internal reporting is completed accurately and on time.
  3. Preparing commercial analysis and assisting in presenting customer tenders.
  4. Supporting sales teams in managing price increases for customers, maintaining pricing window register.
  5. Collaborating with Sales and Group Supply Chain teams to enhance stock forecast accuracy, identify process improvements, and proactively manage stock aging profiles.
  6. Reporting on sales performance, comparing actual data to projections and expectations, market performance and highlighting progress against key objectives.
  7. Customer Contract/Supply Agreement Review.
  8. Assisting and complying with requests of external auditors in a timely manner.
  9. Ensuring compliance with all Government and industry legislative requirements.
