Our supermarkets operate in various locations across Australia. This role is part of a dynamic team that contributes to providing an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

This position involves working with others in different roles to achieve the company's objectives. The work environment can be fast-paced, and it requires individuals who are active, physically fit, and able to lift up to 17kgs.

The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be committed to providing great customer experiences, and be passionate about working safely. They should also be able to set priorities, meet deadlines, and demonstrate a solid work ethic.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Working through a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store
  • Using equipment and cleaning products to sweep, mop, vacuum, scrub, and buff floors
  • Cleaning, dusting, wiping, and scrubbing shelving, refrigeration rooms, industrial ovens, and drains
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark

About you:

- You'll be trusted to work autonomously and in a group setting
- A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- A keen eye for detail and cleanliness
- A passion for working safely and abide by Coles Safe work practices
- The ability to set priorities, meet deadlines and demonstrate a solid work ethic
- To be active and physically fit, you'll be constantly on the go and lifting up to 17kgs
- Availability for a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week
