Join Our Team

We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual to join our parts team in Sydney. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for managing all parts inquiries, overseeing purchasing duties, and developing relationships with internal and external clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all parts inquiries, both retail and internal.
  • Oversee and assist with the procurement function, initiate purchase orders in database systems to replenish stockrooms.
  • Support inventory management and action parts requests in the central store as needed.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external and internal clients.
  • Accept parts requisitions.
  • Receive incoming new stock deliveries.
  • Process surplus items from service vans back into the central store.
  • Undertake daily/weekly stock counts in the central store.
  • Purchase and receive all purchase orders.
  • Raise all purchase orders in database systems for stockroom, vans, and on-site containers.
  • Support cost calculations for service jobs.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in a store/warehouse environment with skills in picking, packing, parts, and communication with logistics companies.
  • Understanding of client relations and business processes.
  • Strong product knowledge is beneficial.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Team-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Computer literacy would be advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
