Land Management Coordinator

About the Role:

As a Land Management Coordinator, you will play a vital role in coordinating site-based land management activities.

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee environmental management programs and ensure effective delivery of grounds maintenance services.

This position forms part of the Environmental Management Operations (EMOS) team, responsible for implementing plans and procedures to support land management services delivery.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical oversight of environmental and grounds maintenance works under the EMOS contract.
  • Develop and update management plans and reporting systems for environmental works delivery.
  • Collaborate with Defence, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
  • Participate in assurance and compliance activities and implement improvement actions.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in horticulture or relevant years of experience.
  • Qualifications in environmental science or related experience.
  • Experience in environmental and grounds maintenance fields.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare environmental plans and reports.

Candidates must be Australian Citizens and have the ability to maintain a Defence clearance and undergo medical pre-employment checks as required by the contract.
