About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Truck Driver Operator to join our team at Northline. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of freight across our network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all inbound and outbound freight is compliant with Chain of Responsibility and legislative requirements.
  • Liaise with Fleet Controllers to coordinate deliveries and pickups.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all pick-ups are accompanied by a consignment note and Check-Weigh-Cubed (CWC).
  • Assist in the safe and efficient loading and unloading of trucks.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Comply with Northline's health, safety, and environmental policies.
Requirements:
  • Current and valid Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid Licence.
  • Ability to operate trucks safely and responsibly.
  • Commitment to Health, Safety & Environment practices.
  • Integrity, trustworthiness, and professionalism.
  • Suitable physical ability to handle repetitive lifting of freight.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
