About the Role:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience to clients and visitors in a fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a representative of the workplace, providing personalized services and support to foster a sense of community.
  • Empower top-class services, establishing the lobby as a welcoming destination.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct front-of-house activities, including greeting visitors, visitor registration, answering calls, and assisting with transportation.
  • Respond to requests for assistance, requesting services as needed.
  • Perform administrative duties, coordination of customer initiatives, events, content creation, booking amenities, and retail support.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is ideal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to form genuine relationships.
  • Superior problem-solving and customer service skills with a passion for delivering an outstanding experience.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible with the ability to work independently.
