The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Migration Consultant or immigration lawyer to join our team at VisaEnvoy. As a key member of our immigration services team, you will provide professional and accurate migration advice to our clients regarding visas and all related immigration issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to visa enquiries within the specified time frame.
- Undertake initial assessments and advise as required.
- Prepare applications for temporary and permanent residence, skills assessment applications, state sponsorship applications, and citizenship applications.
- Lodge applications with relevant organizations.
- Manage applications from pre-lodgement to visa approval.
- Manage client expectations, including providing updates as required.
- Interact with and support team members with their Australian immigration requirements.
- Liaise and network with relevant stakeholders.
- Meet Visa Envoy KPIs.
- Perform other reasonable migration-related tasks assigned, including writing articles about recent updates or changes to legislation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of immigration experience.
- Knowledge of Australia Immigration legislation, regulations, and policy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize workload and work to deadlines.
- Experience with LEAP Migration Manager is preferred.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $98,363.91 – $154,912.00 per year.
- Annual bonus.
- Flexible work schedule: Monday to Friday.
