Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on tax litigation and disputes involving trusts and superannuation funds.
  • Work closely with a senior tax litigation partner to resolve major tax proceedings for high net worth individuals and large family offices.
  • Specialize in high-end tax litigation, including resolving complex tax disputes and advising on trust and superannuation fund litigation.
