The role involves:

  • General vehicle servicing and maintenance
  • Identifying and repairing complex technical issues
  • Recognizing additional work requirements
  • Completing tasks according to Manufacturer Repair Times Guide and Retail standards
  • Road testing vehicles for quality assurance
  • Meeting customer needs by completing quality and timely work as per Repair Order instructions
  • Conducting thorough quality checks on all work

Requirements:

  • Current driver's licence
  • Qualifications as an automotive technician
  • Passion for the brand
  • Able to work efficiently in a busy service centre
  • Reliable work ethic and attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills
