About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Manage sales performance, including sales calls, activities, and reporting.
  • Support sales team members in their sales processes, including prospecting, closing, and customer relationship management.
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including service and parts, to deliver a seamless customer experience.
