We are seeking skilled tradespeople to fill various positions at our company. As a leading provider of Line Boring, General & CNC Machining & Engineering services, we pride ourselves on delivering quality products and exceptional service to our clients.

About the Roles

  • Welders / Boilermakers: Must have trade qualification and 2 years related experience, with MIG and TIG welding experience preferred.
  • Heavy Diesel Fitters / Diesel Mechanics: Requires Heavy Diesel Mechanical Trade Certificate - Australian Recognised (preferred) and minimum three (3) years post-trade experience.
  • Line Borers: Experience operating line boring machinery and using manual and power tools is essential.
  • CNC / Manual Machinists: Trade qualified CNC Machinist / Programmer or manual machinist required, with previous workshop experience necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Welders / Boilermakers:

    • Read and interpret drawings
    • Effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team
    • Strong safety focus and adherence to WHS policies
    • Diagnostics and troubleshooting skills to solve problems

  2. Heavy Diesel Fitters / Diesel Mechanics:

    • Read and interpret hydraulic schematics
    • Experience in mobile equipment repairs
    • Component replacement, breakdown diagnostics, and general servicing
    • Pro-active in resolving issues with excellent attention to detail
    • Demonstrated commitment to safety & Zero Harm

  3. Line Borers:

    • Set up and operate line boring machinery
    • Drilling, turning, and boring to tight tolerances
    • Fitting of bushes and pins in completed bores
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
    • Knowledge of welding techniques
    • Inspect finished products for quality standards

  4. CNC / Manual Machinists:

    • Read and interpret engineering drawings
    • Positive work attitude
    • Problem-solving skills
