About the Role

Mable is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our team in Sydney. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for implementing, testing, and deploying solutions within Salesforce and surrounding systems.

Key Responsibilities

    • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
    • Deliver well-tested solutions into the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrations with other systems.
    • Engage in architectural and design discussions with the development team, business analysts, and other stakeholders.
    • Provide input on the feasibility and complexity of proposed solutions, offering alternative approaches when necessary.
    • Ensure that designs align with overall business goals and Salesforce best practices.
    • Break work down into tasks and maintain accurate work progress in Jira.
    • Collaborate with team members during sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions to break down user stories into manageable tasks.
    • Contribute to solution design sessions, ensuring that technical specifications meet business needs and adhere to Salesforce standards.
    • Write, execute, and maintain unit and integration tests.
    • Write and maintain documentation around solutions and Architectural Decision Records (ADRs).
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
    • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrators and other stakeholders to validate requirements.
