Warehouse Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Manager to lead our warehousing team and drive safe, efficient, and high-performing operations in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience providing large-scale warehousing solutions and financial and commercial acumen with a great eye for analytics. They will be responsible for overseeing all warehousing activity within the facility, managing people effectively, and ensuring operational leadership to make an immediate impact.

  • To build strong relationships with customers and implement initiatives to ensure cost control, profit maximisation, and customer objectives are met.
  • To formulate and monitor appropriate KPIs to maintain optimal warehouse performance and analyse weekly performance results to senior leadership teams.

The successful candidate will be a manager who can demonstrate effective decision making and people leadership within a fast-paced warehousing environment. They will rely on their commercial, operational, and customer service capability to ensure operational efficiency is maintained and customer contractual obligations achieved.
