An exciting opportunity has become available for a skilled Risk Advisory Consultant to join our dynamic team at AU002 Marsh Pty Ltd_AU in the vibrant city of Melbourne.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced professional to lead risk advisory engagements with a diverse range of clients, collaborating with them to identify, analyse, quantify and effectively transfer risk. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) engagements, translating global risk management standards into actionable risk roadmaps, and recommending policy, procedural, process, system and control improvements.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct ERM engagements to enhance risk maturity in client organisations, aligning strategies with industry best practices.
- Develop comprehensive risk roadmaps to provide clients with concise and sustainable risk management strategies.
- Recommend policy, procedural, process, system and control improvements to mitigate risk.
- Assist in the planning of client deliverables, including reports.
- Execute fieldwork and document findings.
- Identify and assist in drafting client reports.
- Support business development activities.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through impactful communication.
- Project manage risk advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Commerce or equivalent.
- At least 3+ years of experience in risk advisory and/or internal audit within a Big 4 consulting firm.
- Professional certification such as CA/CPA/CFE (desired).
- Proficient in risk management concepts and processes (ISO 31000, COSO).
- Competitive salary: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
