Women's Health Specialist

About this Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Women's Health Specialist to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our healthcare community, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of women in our region.

  • Predominantly Private Billing Women's Health Clinic with high patient demand, offering a quick path to a busy schedule.
  • Flexible work arrangements, allowing you to choose your hours and days.

Key Responsibilities:

Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional patient care, conducting consultations, and providing expert advice on women's health issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, communicating effectively with patients and colleagues, and contributing to the development of our clinical services.

  • Mixed billing structure with 90% of consultations privately billed.
  • 70% of billings, with an average daily earning potential of $2000-$2500.
  • $150 hourly guarantee for the first 3 months.
  • 2 RNs on-site 5 days a week for procedural support, Chronic Disease Management (CDM), and Care Plans.
  • Collaboration with visiting specialists, including a gynecologist and IVF specialist, to support women's health services.

Our Women's Health Clinic has been serving the community for 6 years, providing a comfortable and supportive environment for both patients and healthcare professionals. We pride ourselves on our strong retention rate, with most of our GPs having been with us for 5-6 years.

  • 12 consultation rooms, 10 with large windows offering plenty of natural light.
  • A supportive and close-knit team culture, with regular clinical meetings and a shared focus on patient care and women's health.
  • 100% appointment-based, no walk-ins, with flexible appointment durations to accommodate doctors' preferences.
