We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a nurse in the community.

This role offers flexibility and autonomy, allowing you to work in various locations, including Brisbane North West suburbs and Moreton Bay suburbs.

As a nurse with Nurse Next Door Home Care Services, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to clients in their own homes.

Your main responsibilities will include applying your knowledge, clinical judgement, and practical experience in areas such as diabetes management, wound care, and medication management.

You will also be required to identify and report client care concerns to management when needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have a Diploma of Nursing or equivalent qualification, AHPRA registration, and manual handling skills.

In addition, you must be able to speak and write in English fluently, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable using technology and apps on smartphone devices.

Please note that this is a casual position, with pay rates ranging from $35.51 to $80.66 per hour.

The job type is casual, and shifts may vary, including morning, afternoon, day, night, and other shifts.

You must have a full, unrestricted driver's license and your own vehicle to travel from client to client in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

Skills/ Knowledge and/or Experience:
