Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a pivotal role in our Business Insights team.

This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work with finance systems, including IBM Planning Analytics, to deliver accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.

About the Role
  • Maintain and administer the IBM Planning Analytics system, ensuring availability, security, and performance.
  • Manage system changes, issues, and user licenses, ensuring proper testing and control.
  • Maintain reporting, planning, and forecasting models to ensure accuracy and insight.
  • Collaborate with the finance support team to develop and maintain efficient models and accurate reports.
Your Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain data integrity with source systems.
  • Provide ERP finance administration support, including cost centre and reporting hierarchy maintenance.
  • Manage finance network access controls and ensure appropriate data access.
  • Support users by resolving system issues and delivering change requests efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting IBM Planning Analytics or similar multi-dimensional database systems.
  • At least 3 years' experience providing ERP finance administration support.
  • Tertiary qualifications in IT, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
