Production Assembly Worker Role

Chandler Macleod is seeking an experienced Production Assembly Worker to join our valued client in Shepparton. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and be mechanically minded.

This role involves working 38 hours per week, with overtime opportunities available. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience with hand and power tools, as well as previous experience in trades such as welding or similar. You will also need to be able to read and interpret drawings, have strong commitment to safety, and adhere to PPE requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
  • Assist in the assembly and maintenance of production equipment
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve production goals
  • Contribute to a positive and safe work environment

Requirements:

  • Trade background and mechanical aptitude
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Previous experience in trades such as welding or similar
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to PPE requirements
