Body Shop Reception/Administrator

We are seeking a motivated and efficient Body Shop Reception/Administrator to join our high-volume workshop in Melbourne.

The successful candidate will provide a high-quality guest service experience for all callers and visitors, assisting our busy team with daily reception/administrator support.

  • Manage and schedule guest bookings
  • Use multiple programs to ensure up-to-date guest inquiries and data entry
  • Ability to learn new systems
  • Strong administration skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite including MS Outlook and Excel
  • Ability to understand guest requirements and provide service to a high level
  • Well-developed written and spoken communication skills
