The Role:

This position is based in a regional area, approximately 20 minutes north of Perth, and involves working closely with a team of experienced estimators. As an Estimator/Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in assisting and completing full submissions for large-scale construction projects, working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality estimates.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  1. A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Quantity Surveying.
  2. Proven experience working as an Estimator on complex construction and mining projects.
  3. Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  5. A proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates and tenders, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
