We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Swimming Teacher to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Swimming Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering effective swimming and water safety lessons to our members, ensuring they have a fun and safe experience.

You will have a passion for swimming and a commitment to customer service excellence. You should be energetic, dynamic, and outgoing, with a flair for working with children. You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with students of diverse ages, abilities, cultures, and needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of OHS and public safety applications within a facility. You will be required to work mornings, evenings, and weekends, and must be empathetic to the needs of the classes.

We offer a range of opportunities for our Swimming Teachers, including casual positions for school swimming and assisting with birthday parties at the centre.

• Deliver high-quality swimming and water safety lessons to members
• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to diverse student needs
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for members
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve program goals
• Meet the requirements of OHS and public safety applications within the facility

• Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
• Working With Children Check (or equivalent) and National Police Check
• Current Swim Certificate – Teaching of Swimming and Water Safety
• Swim Teacher of Infant and Preschool Aquatics (desirable)
• Swim Teacher of Aquatics Access and Inclusion (desirable)
